  1. Start with one capsule on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of purified (non-chlorinated) water. For best results, empty the capsule in water, stir and drink. Increase dosage each day by one at a time until you have discovered your optimum dosage level or as instructed by your health care professional. Take as often as needed.

  2. When should I take Daily Effects?

  3. Whenever and how often you feel like you need it.

  4. Is more better?

    The standard dose of two (2) capsules daily works well in most cases, although some people require a higher dose and some may only require one (1) capsule per day. If you do not respond (or respond only partially) to two (2) capsules, we recommend increasing your daily dose to three (3), four (4), or even five (5) capsules daily. Increase dose at the rate of one (1) additional capsule a day. Take as often as needed. For instance, you may require one (1) capsule in the morning, two (2) capsules in the afternoon, and one (1) capsule an hour before going to bed.

  5. Why should I use purified (non-chlorinated) water when taking Daily Effects?

    Chlorine will distort the formula.

  6. Why should I take this product on an empty stomach?

    It will get into your system much more effectively and efficiently.

  7. What if I take the product not on an empty stomach?

    It will still work, but not nearly as effectively.
